PetroChina, Sinopec and Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Co., Ltd. will voluntarily delist their American Depositary Shares from the New York Stock Exchange in accordance with laws and regulations, given the small trading volumes of their US listings but heavy relevant compliancy costs, the three companies announced on August 12.
