Provisional import tariff rate on potassium sulfate, phosphate fertilizers and other fertilizers is 1%, beginning January 1, 2020, as detailed in the Notice of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on the Provisional Import Tariff Rate and Other Tariff Rate Adjustment Plan for 2020, the Ministry of Finance issued on December 23, 2019.
