To reach targets set in previously issued Three-Year Special Rectification Action Plan on Production Safety, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) recently made a detailed implementation plan to organize experts to provide technical support for related enterprises, and meanwhile to supervise progress of key firms in key areas like hazardous chemicals and construction.

The implementation plan will help enterprises integrate modern information technologies with production safety, and industry players will comprehensively utilize big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and other high and new technologies. In addition, the new document calls for adopting stricter evaluation and accountability mechanisms.
