On July 7, Jiangxi Energy Bureau, Jiangxi Province Investment Group and Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Nanchang, Jiangxi province. Under this strategic cooperation, all parties aim to establish a long-term and stable energy strategic cooperation relationship and promote the coordinated development of industrial chains such as coal, electricity, steel, chemicals, and building materials to enhance the resources development and utilization of Shaanxi province and the energy supply guarantee capabilities of Jiangxi province.

According to the agreement, Jiangxi and Shaanxi provinces will jointly invest to establish a provincial coal logistics trading joint venture company, will adopt the new model of "capacity replacement + coal supply guarantee + normal coal storage + logistics trade" and will actively carry out related businesses in coal supply guarantee, normal coal storage and parity supply to jointly build a coal production, supply, storage and marketing industry chain.

Yang Zhaoqian, secretary of the Party committee and chairman of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group said that Shaanxi Coal and Chemical will give priority to guaranteeing the supply of energy to Jiangxi and speed up the establishment of a coal sales platform; strive to build a national photovoltaic power generation and agricultural comprehensive utilization demonstration project as soon as possible; continue to strengthen cooperation with Ganfeng Lithium in capital, lithium resource development and supply, industrial energy storage and other fields.
