Maoming City Government of Guangdong, Oriental Energy Company Limited, and Guangdong Jinhui New Materials Equity Investment Centre signed an investment agreement on alkane comprehensive utilization project in Guangzhou. 

   Base on the agreement, the alkane comprehensive utilization project will be located in Maoming city, with a total investment of RMB40 billion. Oriental Energy and Guangdong Jinhui New Materials Equity Investment Centre will join together to build a world-class green chemical and hydrogen energy industrial park in Maoming Binhai New District, with propane dehydrogenation as the leading industry. The project will take the development of propane-propylene-polypropylene (PP) industrial chain as the main line to build the world's largest PP production base.
