Sinopec Sabic (Tianjin) recently held a ground-break ceremony for one-million-ton ethylene capacity expansion and renovation project. The plant is the first of its kind at Sinopec, with ethylene capacities of one million tons, adopting ST/Lummus process. Another 280 kt capacities will be added to the plant, bringing its ethylene capacity to around 1.30 million tons.
