China extended anti-dumping duties on toluidine originating from the EU for another five years, beginning June 28, 2019. The rate applying to LANXESS Deutschland GmbH is 19.6%, and that applying to other firms of the EU is 36.9%, both remaining the same as those issued in 2013.
