Recently, Shanghai ENN Gas Development Company (hereinafter referred to as “Shanghai ENN Gas”), a subsidiary of ENN Group, has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Pujiang Gases to coordinate the integration of the hydrogen energy economy in the Yangtze River Delta and to join hands in laying out the hydrogen energy industrial chain.

Under the agreement, Shanghai ENN Gas and Pujiang Gases will bring to bear their respective advantages in building up hydrogen production and transportation bases, the hydrogen refueling station network, and hydrogen energy application demonstration projects in the Yangtze River Delta, in setting up an integrated “gas, vehicle, station and use” hydrogen energy application and development demonstration project in Shanghai Chemical Industry Park, in promoting the establishment of the “Hydrogen Energy Infrastructure Industry Alliance of the Yangtze River Delta”, and in providing “integrated solutions for hydrogen energy infrastructure construction” in some cities in the Yangtze River Delta so as to enhance the development of the hydrogen energy business in relevant regions.
