The EU is revising Annex XIV (i.e. authorization list) of the REACH Regulation – concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals, and plans to add 12 kinds of substance including dihexyl phthalate (containing branched chain and linear chain), sodium perborate hydrate, sodium perborate (anhydrous), etc. to the list.
