Exemption of consumption tax on products from recycling waste mineral oil was extended for five years, starting from November 1, 2018 to October 31, 2023, the Ministry of Finance and the State Taxation Administration announced recently. Consumption tax paid from November 1, 2018 to December 6, 2018 will be back to related taxpayers, according to the tax-free policy.
