Hebei’s 35 Hazardous Chemicals Firms to Relocate

Hebei provincial government recently issued Notice on Propelling Relocation Plans for Hazardous Chemicals Enterprises from Densely Populated Areas.
Municipal governments are required to make scientific plans by the end of August 2017, detailing the scope & objectives of relocations, implementation schedules, operation models, fund raising, dedicated parks, staff resettlement, safeguard measures, duty fulfillment, etc.
Hazardous chemicals firms listed in relocation plans must start to move before March 2018, and 35 of them must finish their relocations by October 2019.
