2016 Net Profit of Truchum Soars 166% YoY

Anhui Truchum Advanced Materials & Technology Co., Ltd. (SZ: 002171) posted operating revenue of RMB7 918.4 million for 2016, down 1.16% from a year earlier, while its net profit shot up 166.1% YoY to RMB187.46 million, the company announced on February 24.
The profit increase can be attributed to: 1) R&D on high-end thermal equipment and new materials stimulated company performance; 2) production and sale of copper base materials both rose continually.
Besides thermal equipment, the company is engaged in R&D, processing and sales of copper metal materials.
