China Collects Cash Deposits for VDC-VC Copolymer Resins Imported from Japan

China’s producers of vinylidene chloride - vinyl chloride (VDC-VC) copolymer resins were injured by dumping of VDC-VC copolymer resins imported from Japan, the Ministry of Commerce of China announced on January 19.
Hence, domestic importers are required to pay cash deposits for such investigated products, effective January 20, 2017 based on a dumping profit margin of 47.1%.
The VDC-VC copolymer resins can be used to produce casing films, preservative films, thermal shrinkage films, complex films, freshness protection packages, compound pockets and blow molded bottles.
