Energy Very Endure to Enhance Lithium-ion Battery Business

Energy Very Endure (SZ: 300014) announced on December 26, 2016 that it would spend up to RMB50 million to acquire Wuhan Fanso Technology.
Wuhan Fanso is a manufacturer of lithium primary batteries in China, with the capability of 80 million pcs annually.
Energy Very Endure says that the transaction will help to optimize product structure, strengthen competitive edge and leading position in domestic lithium batteries industry.
Energy Very Endure is engaged in the R&D, production and sales of lithium primary battery, lithium-ion battery and E-cigarette.
