Shanghai PhiChem to Acquire Jiangsu Hecheng Advanced Materials

Shanghai PhiChem Material Co., Ltd (SZ: 300398) announced on November 29 that it plans to spend RMB1.064 billion in acquiring Jiangsu Hecheng Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. to strengthen electronic chemicals business.
Jiangsu Hecheng Advanced Materials mainly engages in liquid crystal materials business.
Whith the acquisition, Shanghai PhiChem aims to improve its industrial distribution and market competitiveness in electronic information industry across the new materials.
The main areas of operation of Shanghai PhiChem include the R&D, production and sales of new materials such as UV curing material used in high-technology fields.
