Guanhao Biotech Strengthens Pharmaceutical Business via Acquisition

On October 27, Guanhao Biotech Co., Ltd. (SZ: 300238) announced that the company plans to invest RMB1.8 billion to acquire Zhejiang Whidison Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
The core businesses of Whidison are the R&D, production and sales of antibiotics and auxiliary drugs for hepatopathy.
The acquisition will help the company to expand its business to pharmaceutical field and enhance profit-making ability, Guanhao Biotech said.
Guanhao Biotech focuses on the R&D, production and sales of regenerative medicine materials and medical implants devices as well as the R&D, preparation and clinical applications of cell therapy technology, immune cell storage, etc.
