Beijing Sanju to Form Wholly-Owned Subsidiary for New Business Model

On October 21, Beijing Sanju Environmental Protection and New Material Co., Ltd. (Beijing Sanju, SZ: 300071) announced that the company would invest RMB500 million to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary - Beijing Sanju Energy Co., Ltd. which covers sales of conventional fossil energy products and engineering technology service. Meanwhile, the proposed new company will sell chemical products (except hazardous chemicals and precursor chemicals), liquid paraffin, synthetic lubricating oil, industrial blending oil, raw oil, etc.
Beijing Sanju said that the new subsidiary would enhance the company’s profitability and further stengthen its competitiveness in the market.
Beijing Sanju is engaged in the R&D, production and sales of desulphurization purification agent and catalyst, antichlor, dearsenic agent and special catalytic materials.
