Anshan BOPP Project Launched     

Construction on a RMB3 billion biaxially-oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film project was started recently in northeastern flexible packaging techno park, Lingshan industrial zone, Anshan, Liaoning province.
   The BOPP film project, operated by China Flexible Packaging Holdings Limited, is designed to build up eight production lines and predicted to bring about RMB10 billion annual production values after totally completed. The phase one of this project, occupied 150 square kilometers, includes four production lines and is able to produce 250 000 tons BOPP annually. Liu Guoqiang, the vice-governor of Liaoning province, was present in cornerstone laying ceremony.
