Yankuang Kicks off Two Projects     

Jining Kemocal Chemical Co Ltd held a ceremony on November 29th to construct a 34 000 t/a anthracene oil processing plant at Jining Chemical Industry Development Zone, Shandong province. Kemocal is a joint venture between Yankuang Group, Shandong Minsheng Coal Chemical Corporation and France based BEFS. This RMB250 million plant will use BEFS' PROABD elaboration technology and CIBA-GEIGY's technology.  
   On the same day, Yankuang Group's subsidiary Kelan Coal Coking Company Limited broke ground its 150 000 t/a coal tar oil processing project at the Zone with a planned investment of RMB200 million.
