Liaoning Shixing Began Production of Ethyl Vanillin   

On November 23rd Liaoning Shixing Pharmaceutical & Chemical Co Ltd announced inauguration of its 2 000 t/a ethyl vanillin factory in Huludao, Liaoning province. This is China's first ethyl vanillin factory that uses glyoxalic acid process. A 10 000 t/a o-anisidine unit and a 2 500 t/a guaiacol unit were constructed to feed the ethyl vanillin unit.
