Jizhong Energy Group Kicks off Urea Project in Inner Mongolia     

Jizhong Energy Group Co Ltd, headquartered in Hebei province, broke ground a fertilizer project in Wuyuan, Inner Mongolia on November 19th. This project is designed to produce 300 000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 520 000 tons of urea per year, using coal as raw materials. Startup is planned for 2012.
    Jizhong Energy Group already has launched a RMB 25.8 billion coal-electricity-chemical-highway comprehensive project in Inner Mongolia. This fertilizer project is a branch of the comprehensive project.
   Manager of Jizhong Energy Group disclosed at the groundbreaking ceremony that the group will record more than RMB100 billion of sales revenue in fiscal 2010.
