Xinjiang Jiuzhou Inaugurates Asphalt Factory   

On April 28th, Xinjiang Jiuzhou Asphalt Manufacture Co Ltd announced the inauguration of production of 250 000 t/a asphalt factory with a ceremony holding at the Luntai Industrial Park of Layisu Petrochemical Zone, Xinjiang region. The factory can annually make 60 000 t/a modified asphalt, 60 000 t/a 10# oxidation construction asphalt, 100 000 t/a 100# road asphalt and 30 000 t/a byproducts including lubricant oil, was and tower fuels. The company spent RMB120 million in the construction and expect to recover the investment in two years' operation.
