Liaoyang Petrochem Started up EO Expansion Project    

PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company announced that its ethylene oxide (EO) expansion unit produced qualified products on July 20th, bringing its commodity EO capacity to 100 000 t/a. The company hence became the fourth largest supplier of commodity EO in China.
   Before expansion, the company was capable of supplying 62 000 t/a commodity EO and 200 000 t/a ethylene glycol.

Correction

CCR has made an error on CCR No.14 page 29. The correct information shall be 'by constructing a new 50 000 t/a unit on the existing 200 000 t/a ethylene glycol unit.
