Liaherd Chemical Started up Nitric Acid Plant    

Shandong Liaherd Chemical Industry Company Limited (SZ: 002217) announced on August 6th that its controlling subsidiary (88%) - Shandong Liaherd Fengyuan Chemical Company Limited started trial production of a newly built 100 000 t/a nitric acid project and a renovated 40 000 t/a synthetic ammonia project on August 5th. The subsidiary, built in 2008, is located in Zaozhuang, Shandong province.
