Zaozhuang Zhongke Launched Caustic Soda Project    

Shandong Zhongtai Group recently reported that construction on the first phase 150 000 t/a caustic soda project was carried out smoothly and will be completed on schedule in the second half of 2010. The project will be operated by its subsidiary Zaozhuang Zhongke Chemical Company Limited. Construction ceremony was held on August 10th, 2009.
   The second phase will include another 150 000 t/a caustic soda unit and matching facilities. The whole project is located in Zhongtai Chemical Zone, Zaozhuang, Shandong province, with a total planned investment of RMB1.5 billion. The project is aiming to meet the local demand.
