CNPC Lanzhou Started Construction of National Oil Storage Base in Lanzhou  

CNPC Lanzhou Petrochemical commenced construction of the National Oil Storage Base in Lanzhou of Gansu province on December 29th, 2009.
   The RMB2.378 billion oil storage base project is expected to start up in 2011.  
   The National Oil Storage Base in Lanzhou will help balance between supply and demand of oil and ensue the nation's energy supply security.
