Xianglong Group Launched Phosphorus Fertilizer Project in Sichuan      

Shikefeng Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. announced on November 21st that its parent Shandong Xianglong Group, which headquartered in Linyi of Shandong province, established a new branch named Shikefeng Sichuan Chemical Co., Ltd. in Leibo, Liangshan state of Sichuan province, and on November 18th, the Group laid a foundation there for the construction of a 1.0 million t/a phosphorus compound fertilizer project, as well as a matching 200 000 t/a synthetic ammonia project and power generation facilities that will make full use of heat form the 800 000 t/a sulfuric acid process.
   The project is scheduled to be implemented in two phases with an investment of RMB1.36 billion. The first phase has an investment of RMB500 million and is due for completion in late 2010.
   The whole project will add sales revenue of RMB3.0 billion for the company when full operational in 2013.
