Wuhai Chemical Starts up Chlor-alkali Project Phase II    

Wuhai Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. (Wuhai Chemical) started up its second phase 150 000 t/a PVC and 150 000 t/a caustic soda project in Wuhai, Inner Mongolia on November 19th, 2009.
    Wuhai Chemical and its mother company Guangdong Hongda Xingye Group decided in 2007 to invest RMB3.0 billion to construct 300 000 t/a PVC and 300 000 t/a caustic soda project. And the first phase 150 000 t/a PVC and 150 000 t/a caustic soda project came on stream in June 2008. (CCR2008 No.21)
