Best Solar Commenced Pilot Production for Thin Film Solar Project    

On November 16th Best Solar Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. held a ceremony for pilot production of its large-scale and high-efficiency amorphous / microcrystalline silicon tandem junction thin film solar project in New & Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, Nanchang, Jiangxi province.
   The 160 000 m2 thin film solar plant of Best Solar has ability of 330 MW facility installation and phase I equipment installed 130 MW with start up efficiency of 8.5%.
   The project was broken ground in August 2008.
   Silicon thin film solar technology is of outstanding power generation performance under low light and high temperature conditions. It is especially suitable for building large scale solar power plant as well as for BIPV applications.
   Best Solar is the winner for China first utility scale solar power plant project, Duhuang 10 MW PV power station project. Currently, its crystalline modules have entered into European and American markets.
