Sinopec's 100 000 T/A Sulfur Recovering Project Starts up     

On Nov 12th, Sinopec Maoming Petrochemical Co., Ltd. declared that its sulfur recovering unit has started up recently, which produces food-grade sulfur for sugar making industry and other related segments. This sulfur recovering unit is part of its refining expansion project, which will be put into production in 2011. In addition, the wax hydrogenation refining device of the company is under construction and will be put into operation in December 2009.
