Lime Sulfur Project Came on Stream in Xinjiang     

On October 27th, Xinhe Xinglin Agricultural Means Co., Ltd.'s 15 000 t/a lime sulfur project went into operation in Xinhe county of Xinjiang region.
   The company made lime sulfur, for the control of crop diseases and elimination of pests, through reaction of quick lime, sulfur powder and water at high temperature and high pressure, with existence of catalyst.
   The company says farmers in Xinjiang region used to produce lime sulfur themselves. Xinhe Xinglin Agricultural Means Co., Ltd. is the first enterprise in this region to produce lime sulfur.
