China Array Strengthens Injection Molder Position in China     

China Array began molding TORLON R polyamide-imide (PAI) resin at its state-of-the-art injection molding facility in Wuhan, Hubei province in the second quarter of 2009.
   The USA based injection molder of high performance thermoplastics has become the first molder in China certified to mold TORLON R PAI resin granted by Solvay Advanced Polymers.
   With TORLON resin, China Array can further expand its capabilities into a range of industries such as aerospace, automotive, oil and gas, and semiconductors, all of which are key growth sectors in China.
   Solvay Advanced Polymers' TORLON resin has the highest strength and stiffness of any thermoplastic up to 275 degrees centigrade.
