Final Review Ruling on PA Antidumping Case      

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) announces China maintains antidumping duty on imports of phthalic anhydride (PA, HS code: 29173500) originated from Korea, Japan and India for five years effective August 31st, 2009.
   The ministry instituted a final review on the PA case on August 31st, 2008, and by the one-year review it found that if ceased antidumping actions, China's PA industry will be damaged.
   China had imposed the antidumping duty on imports of PA from the above mentioned countries for five years since August 31st, 2003. (CCR2009 No. 26, 2003 No. 26)
