Zhejiang Wynca Issues Shares to Finance RTV Silicone Rubber Project     

Zhejiang Wynca Chemical Industrial Group Co., Ltd.(SH: 600596) has completed share issuance and raised fund of RMB980 million. The company said on August 20th.
   The fund raised is to finance its 45 000 t/a room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone rubber project, byproducts reuse for 30 000 t/a methyl chlorosilane project phase II and green pesticide preparation unit, and the remaining is used in working capital.
   The world's leading glyphosate maker and silicone specialist is preparing for construction on the RTV silicone rubber project and green pesticide projects, which has been passed environmental impact assessment by Zhejiang province's related departments.
