Baerlocher to Build Solid PVC Stabilizers Plant in Changzhou     

Germany's Baerlocher GmbH intends to invest US$10 million in building a solid PVC stabilizer plant in Xinbei Industrial Zone, Changzhou, Jiangsu province. An agreement concerning the plant was signed between Baerlocher and the local government on July 6th. Changzhou local daily released on July 8th.
