Nanjing Hongbaoli to Expand Isopropanol Amine Project      

Nanjing Hongbaoli Co., Ltd. (SZ: 002165) said on July 30th its unit, Nanjing Baochun Chemical Co. will invest RMB84 million to expand its isopropanol amine facility to 40 000t/a from current 20 000 t/a. Upon completion, Nanjing Hongbaoli will become the world's leading isopropanol amine maker.
   The expansion project is expected to be completed in January 2010. The existing isopropanol amine facility will operate normally.
   The current 20 000 t/a project came on stream in 2006. With annual sales growth of more than 50%, the project has become the company's key sales growth driver.
