Guangzhou Iron & Steel Forms Gas JV with Linde     

On April 30th, Guangzhou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (SH: 600894) announced to form a 50:50 JV company with Linde Group.
   The JV, located in Guangzhou Nansha Development Zone in Guangzhou, Guangdong province, will be in charge of a project called the South China Special Gas Center. Construction will begin in 2010, with a capital of RMB50 million.
   In next step, the JV plans to build an industrial gas center in the zone with market conditions.
