China's Top Planner Designated Special Chemical Projects in April   

The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), China's top planner, designated some chemical industrial technology development projects as the nation's significant special projects this April. These special projects will gain the governmental fund supports.
   Eight technology development projects concerning new catalyst and reactor have been listed in the special projects. They are as follows:
   The 2,3-butanediol fermentation-process industrialization technology development project, by Kim Wheat Tibet Science and Technology Co., Ltd.;
   The artificial chiral amino acid enzyme immobilization industrial preparation technology development project, by Chengdu Likai Chiral Tech Co., Ltd.;
    The MPS nano-class paper retention and filter aids technology development project, proposed by Hubei Daya Chemical Technology Development Co., Ltd.;
    The 2 000 t/a polyvinylpyrrolidone industrial technology development project, by Dongying Huaan Chemical Co., Ltd.;
    The modified starch continuous fluidized reaction key technology development project, by Hangzhou Papermate Science & Technology Co., Ltd.;
    The 10 000 t/a side-examination project for syngas preparation through oxidation in natural gas catalysis section, by Chongqing Research Institute of Chemical Industry;
    The ozonization chain scission unsaturated fatty acid for dicarboxylic acids technology development project, proposed by Sichuan Sipo Chemical Co., Ltd.;
    The key technology development project for high pressure liquid-phase catalyst hydrogenation process for chemical intermediates, applied by Henan Chemical Industry Research Institute Co., Ltd.
   In addition, twelve fine chemical key technology development projects are involved in the national special fund-supporting projects.
   The key technology development project for iminodiacetic acid sodium salt, proposed by Anhui Shuguang Chemical Group Co., Ltd.;
    The key technology development and demonstrative project for layered structure non-lead heat stabilizer, by Chaohu Xiangfeng Plastic Aids Co., Ltd.;
    The chiral synthetic technology development project for lysergic acid and its derivatives, by Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry;
    The key technology development project for high efficient and environmental friendly fire retardant, by Shanghai Kingfa Sci & Tech Co., Ltd.;
    The industrial technology development project for new-type high-efficient fine chemicals applied in polymer materials, by Guangdong Weilinna Functional Material Co., Ltd.;
    The sodium salt routine lactic acid manufacture key technology development project, by Henan Jindan Lactic Acid Co., Ltd.;
    The aromatic ethers industrial production technology development project, by Yabang Chemical Group Co., Ltd.;
    High quality sulfonic para base ester technology development project, by Tongliao Keruite Chemical Co., Ltd.;
   The o-phenylphenol technology development project, by Shandong Yuanda Chemical Co., Ltd.;
   The coupling crystallization know-how technology development project, by Tianjin University Fangyuan Industrial Crystallization Engineering Co., Ltd.;
   The vitamin family industrial line integration technology development project, by Zhejiang NHU Co., Ltd.;
   The D-calcium pantothenate chiral artificial synthetic technology development project, by Hubei Huazhong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
