Dangerous Chemicals Companies Ordered to Report Emergency Preparedness

The "Production Safety Accidents Emergency Management Regulations" issued by the State Administration of Work Safety on April 14th specifies that from May 1st, all enterprises engaged in production, operation, storage and use of dangerous articles, such as inflammable and explosive goods, dangerous chemicals, and radioactive articles, should organize experts to examine their emergency preparedness and then report to relevant departments for the record.
It also requires that production and business operation entities should conduct internal training on their emergency preparedness, draw up procedures for emergency response, and also, in accordance with their accident prevention priorities, exercise the comprehensive or specific emergency plan at least once every year and the on-site disposal plan at least once every six months.
