TPRI Licenses Coal Gasification Technology in US    

On March 26th, Xi'an Thermal Power Research Institute Co., Ltd. (TPRI) signed an agreement with US Future Fuels Technology LLC and its subsidiary Future Power PA Inc. in Shanghai, for licensing TPRI's two stage pulverized coal gasification technology.
   Future Power PA Inc plans to build a 150 MW IGCC (integrated gasification combined circulation) power plant in Schuylkill, Pennsylvania in 2010.
   The gasification technology has been selected to use in green coal based power plant in Tianjin, constructed by China Huaneng Group, which is a holding company of TPRI.
