USA Final Ruling on HXDA      

USA announced on April 6th to impose an antidumping tariff on 1-hydroxyethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid  (HXDA) originated from China and India. The antidumping tariff ranges from zero to 77.42% for Chinese companies, and is set 3.91% for Indian firms.
   Chinese exporters of HXDA related include Changzhou Kewei Fine Chemical Factory, Changzhou Wujin Fine Chemical Factory Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Jianghai Chemical Group Co., Ltd.
   USA launched an investigation on HXDA from China and India starting April 9th, 2008.
