Guiyang Closed Eleven Backward Enterprises    

To cut consumption, save energy and improve industrial mix, the Guiyang city government, Guizhou province in South China, forced to eliminate eleven companies with an outdated production technology in March. The closed companies got some subsidies from the government. These eleven companies include those engages in papermaking and phosphorus production.
