Dow AgroSciences Joins Hands with CNRRI on Rice Research      

On February 17th, Dow AgroSciences LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company, and the China National Rice Research Institute (CNRRI) of Hangzhou, announced that they have entered into a research agreement to combine the strengths of Dow AgroSciences' platform of traits and technologies with CNRRI's leading rice germplasm.
    Both sides hope to improve the productivity of one of the world's most important food crops and to help address the needs of the growing global population.
