Dow Corning Wins China's Top Employers Award      

Dow Corning China was recognized as a top employer for 2009 by CRF International (Corporate Research Foundation), during the 2009 China's Top Employer Award Ceremony recently held in Shanghai. The winners were recognized for their outstanding performance in seven evaluation categories:  compensation and benefits, working conditions, training, promotion and career development, company culture, innovation and corporate social responsibility.
