Yingde Gases Invests in Oxygen Project     

Yingde Gases Investment Ltd. (Yingde Gases), a foreign holding company with affiliate factories in China's more than 10 provinces, signed a RMB200 million contract on December 5th to construct a 2 000 Nm3/h ASU project in Hengyang, Hunan province, which is scheduled to come on stream in October 2009. The new project will mainly supply oxygen to Hengyang Valin MPM Co., Ltd. Yingde Gases also plans to invest another RMB500 million to expand the capacity of this project to 5 600 Nm3/h within 4 years.
    Baslow Technology Ltd. and Heshun (Hong Kong) Investment Co., Ltd jointly hold 80% equity in Yingde Gases.
