India Imposes Antidumping Tax on Suspension-Process PVC from China    

On December 7th, 2007 India started to impose antidumping tax on suspension-process PVC originated from China, Taiwan province, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand and the United States. The dumping extent is 13.54% for Tianjin Dagu Chemical Co., Ltd., 16.70% for Xinjiang Shihezi Zhongfa Chemical Co., Ltd., 18.14% for Yichang Yihua Co., Ltd., 16.34% for other eight Chinese companies that made response and 18.14% for other Chinese companies that failed to make response.
   On June 28th, 2006 India launched dumping investigation into suspension-process PVC originated from above-mentioned countries and regions. (CCR2006, No. 21)
