Sinochem International Increases Shares of JSAC     

On November 5th, Sinochem International (Holding) Co., Ltd. (Sinochem International, SH: 600500), under Sinochem Corporation, announced an increment of shares of Nantong Jiangshan Agrochemical & Chemical Limited Liability Co. (JSAC, SH: 600389), holding a 29.19% interest, thereby, Sinochem International becomes the majority shareholder of JSAC.
   Sinochem International intends to strengthen its agrochemical business and further regroup the domestic pesticide sector by the platform of JSAC.  
   In August 2007, Sinochem International acquired a 28% interest in JSAC. (CCR2007 No. 25, No. 17)
