Yuanxing to Issue Bonds for Financing Gas Chemical Business     

On September 4th, Inner Mongolia Yuanxing Natural Alkali Co., Ltd. (Yuanxing, SZ: 000683) announced its board of directors has agreed to issue corporate bonds of RMB400 million, RMB97.88 million of which will be used for purchasing an 11.24% interest in Sulige Natural Gas Chemical Co., Ltd. from Inner Mongolia Boyuan Holding Co., Ltd. and RMB200 million for capital increase in the targeting acquired company.
   With the acquisition, Yuanxing will strengthen its presence in natural gas chemical business. (CCR2008 No. 25)
