CNOOC Builds Multi Functions Environmentally Friendly Ship  

CNOOC (China National Offshore Oil Corp.) reported on August 7th that it starts to build two multi functions environmentally friendly ships used for offshore oilfields. These two ships will serve in Bohai oil fields of CNOOC, receiving and delivering the liquids discharged when exploring/detecting well, and recovering the floated oil.
   This project, as an important innovation in protecting environment, has got a strong support from the government. It will help CNOOC achieve Zero Emission in exploring offshore oil fields.   
   This type of ship can also be used in the overhaul of the offshore wells in service.
