Chemical Transportation and Storage Summit

The transportation and storage of chemicals -especially specialized dangerous goods - comes with great challenges in China. Regulations are constantly changing, to improve safety and increasingly to better match international standards.
Chemical manufacturers have a difficult time finding qualified logistics and warehouse providers. Meanwhile, logistics companies are eagerly trying to lower their costs. Coming new regulations from the Dangerous Goods Administration pose an even greater challenge to all involved.
The Olympics have tested the supply chain management of manufacturers and logistics companies. In October, in Lnoppen's Chemical Transportation and Storage Summit, lessons from the Olympics will be reviewed, and should shed light on how best to prepare for the World Exposition in 2010.
